This Agadir desert tour to Erg Chegaga is a 4-day private-vehicle route through the Anti-Atlas mountains, connecting the coast to Morocco’s largest and most remote dune field without needing to travel via Marrakech first.
The route passes Taroudant’s red ramparts, the oasis town of Tata, and prehistoric rock engravings near Akka before reaching Erg Chegaga for two nights of desert camping, camel riding and sandboarding.
